I’m Liz Forman. Behavior change coach, firmly Gen X, and the person who will tell you what everyone else is too polite to say.
My background is in biology, strength and conditioning, nutrition and clinical research. But what I actually do is help people get out of their own way.
We get to the root of what’s keeping you stuck.
We clean up the thinking that’s running the show.

Why Work With Me?
There's a lot of coaching out there. Most of it will tell you what to do. Very little of it will tell you the truth.
I will.
With 15+ years in behavior change, health coaching, strength and conditioning, and mindset work. I bring real experience, not just credentials.
My faith is also part of how I work. I am a practicing Orthodox Christian and I know what it is like to search. Gen X searched hard. We tried everything New age. Well I know I did. I’ve been steeped in Self help. Manifestation. Hypnosis. Human Design. Every framework and modality that promised to finally make us feel whole. To understand all of the secrets… all of the things. And I wont lie, a lot of it was interesting. Some of it probably seemed helpful at the time. But none of it was IT and I was looking for IT!
Because what we were really looking for was not a framework. It was a foundation. Something solid. Something true. Something bigger than ourselves.
If you feel that emptiness and you cannot name it, you are not broken. You are just still searching. And that is exactly where we start.
I've struggled with my own health, my own patterns, my own stuck places. I know what it feels like to know better and still not do better. That's not a weakness. That's where the work begins. That’s our awareness.
What makes my approach different isn't a framework or a certification. It's this. I see what you might not be able to see about yourself, how you outwardly think, feel, and behave. And I'm not afraid to say it out loud.
Clarity doesn't come from more information. It comes from finally being honest about what's really going on.
